Scott observed rapid growth in the telecom industry as a director-level manager where his company grew from 200 to 3500 employees and later sold for $13 billion. After co-founding internet company VirtualRelocation.com and raising millions in venture funding, the company grew to 150 employees and sold to Monster.com for just under $100 million. Scott went on to found TAOW modern marketing and Green Endeavor Inc.

A founder and entrepreneur working across tech, web3, and startups for 10 years. He co-founded Blue Skies Ventures, a venture studio which participated in $10m in early-stage capital deployments. After that he was CEO of PvP, a gaming social community that bridged both web2 and web3. Most recently, he is an early co-founder of new projects in both A.I. and web3. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, he had an 11-year
corporate management career, overseeing $2.3B in P&L responsibilities.
